ABOUT ABOUT

How to turn flexible working into a business growth opportunity - what are the benefits and challenges facing businesses?

COVID-19 has changed the face of working life as we know it, necessitating the need to work from home some or all of the time. As a result of the pandemic it has become clear that working 9-5 from the office doesn’t work for everybody and there is now a significant expectation from employees that there isn’t just ONE way of working. Moving forward there is now a need for employers to embrace the new norms and provide more choice and flexibility. It’s no longer about presenteeism but more about working efficiently.

If the planned government consultation on flexible working results in it becoming the default position, now is the time to start thinking about what would work for your business and how to implement it.

Join us in this debate along with speakers from industry to hear how they have overcome the barriers for the businesses they work for when implementing flexible working and what works for them. We will also have a recruitment specialist who will provide an invaluable insight on how offering flexible working enhances the opportunity to recruit a better candidate and from a wider talent pool.
